This research aims to analyze the efficiency of the production roasted peanut household industry with an approach to Data Envelopment Analysis. The results show that the industry has reached a value proportional efficiency. Therefore, this research seeks to confirm a pattern of supply chain at charcoal home industry di South Tangerang. Results confirmed that there are still constraints on every supply chain process in the production of the industry, as well as still haven't been able to resolve the existing problems in the supply chain of the production process. Based the information, this article reports the marketing strategies implemented by the industry. With SWOT approach, we informed that the position of industrial strength lies in good relationships with suppliers. And the weakness is that the marketing activities carried out only through word of mouth.
